Shipping, Billing & Refund Policies
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders placed through our site will be processed within 2-5 business days of the placed order, unless otherwise noted. Each item is produced to order. All packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS, and a tracking number will be provided.
Please keep in mind that it is not possible to upgrade shipping or change the shipping address once an order has been sent to production.
Please contact us if you need upgrades or have a specific deadline.
International orders ONLY: International shipping can sometimes be very slow. However, all international orders placed with Brave Angel are shipped USPS First Class Package International Mail. Please allow at least 2-4 weeks for delivery. The average is about two and a half weeks but it is not unusual for it to take longer. Also, please be aware of import taxes. We cannot be held responsible for this charge.

We do our absolute best to give you the most accurate details concerning our products. It's our goal to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase at Brave Angel Shop! Each item is produced to order to your specific wants and needs (color of garment, size of garment, as well as the design). Even though your item may not be personalized, it is still custom to your needs! This also ensures each item you receive is brand new, and never reused or resold. Once an order is sent to production, you can no longer edit any details or cancel it.

All apparel (hoodies, tanks, sweatshirts, t-shirts) are not returnable or exchangeable. Please compare your body measurements with the size charts on each product page prior to placing an order. If you decide not to measure yourself accurately, we cannot be responsible for inaccurate sizing. If you have ANY questions at all about sizing, please message us BEFORE purchasing, and we will try to help you out as best as we can.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a exchange inquiry. We handle exchange inquiries on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy! Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges (unless the exchange is a result of our error or a manufacturing defect).
Every once in awhile though, something happens and an exchange is necessary. To best handle these situations, we offer a no-hassle policy. Notify us within 3 days of receipt that there is an issue and if it is our error or a manufacturers defect, we will get it fixed at absolutely no charge or inconvenience to you (if you have mis-measured, we can't be responsible for mis-measured purchases).
We are happy to accept all major credit cards & Paypal. All items/orders must be paid in full before they are sent out.
You do not need a Paypal Account to pay for your items through Paypal. Choose the Paypal Option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit of Debit Card without having to sign up for a Paypal Account.
Cancellation policy - orders must be canceled by 11:59PM EST the day of purchase.
Return policy - if you do qualify for a return, return shipping costs are at customers expense and refund applied will be minus original shipping costs.
